1. You can book your first lesson directly from the website and pay with Paypal or your credit, debit card.
2. You can start your lessons as soon as you have received your enrolment confirmation and arranged a timetable with me.
3. You can book each lesson individually or as many as you have purchased after successful payment. Please do include accurate contact details in your website account so I can contact you after purchase is verified and processed.
4. Payment for the tuition can be made via bank transfer in case you dont want to use the online methods. Please contact me via the contact form to provide all banking details required and produce a custom online order for you.
5. If you need to cancel a booked lesson just send me an email to info@ioparloitaliano.co.uk or text 07727 804468 before 12 noon on the same day as your lesson and I will reschedule your lesson for free.
6. Unfortunately, lessons cancelled after 12 noon on the same day as scheduled are counted and cannot be rescheduled and refunded.
7. If you buy on our lesson’s plans (5 or 10h) in advance and for any reason you cannot attend anymore, I will not be able to refund the unused hours. I will, however refund the unused hours only if I am not able to deliver the remaining unused lessons anymore.
